In the past Conor McGregor has stated Jose Aldo has ducked him as well as other things. This time around he went more in-depth about Aldo pulling out and what he went through leading up to UFC 189. Conor states that at UFC 189 during his training camp he injured his legs and couldn’t stand up straight or throw any sort of kicks but what kept him in was the mind set of a champion. He then elaborates about what he had learned in the past “there’s days you need to rest up and give your body sometime to heal.” Which he believes Aldo’s camp fails to do which has lead to performances like Renan Barao’s rematch with TJ Dillashaw where he failed to adapt and was fighting the same way as before which lead to another loss to the Bantamweight champion.

Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo will meet soon at UFC 194 on December 12, 2015 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. The card is loaded with two title fights and countless other great fights. What are your thought on Conor’s statements? Let us know in the comments below.
