19 year old- Sage Northcutt burst onto the UFC scene last week at UFC 192 with a quick sub-1 minute KO that got MMA fans and media alike roaring over the talented new comer.
He has already been compared to everyone from Conor McGregor to Ivan Drago to even Zack Morris. Is he really the next big thing? That’s uncertain but what is certain he is an immediate media sensation.
Many have wondered if Sage, who has been coached by his father until now, would move onto a major Mma gym for world class coaching. The answer appears to be yes and according to USATODAY’s Joe Ferraro, TriStar has won the Sage sweepstakes.
Now let’s see if Sage is truely a cut north of the rest.
