Hector Lombard started off hot, as he often does, dropping Thiago Silva and dominating round one. But that changed in round 2 as Thiago dropped him viciously, and what could have been a legit stoppage win, turned into a no contest when he threw a knee to Hector while he was down.
Hector chose not to continue, in what could have been a DQ a had the referee deemed the knee as purposely thrown.
