These two men laid it all on the line and set one of the highest paces you’ll ever see in a fight. Amazing scrambles, fast striking and a spinning back fist knock down so fast you didn’t even know it happened.
Tsarukyan won the first two rounds by slightly getting the better of the wrestling and striking but in round 3 Gamrot closed the gap, putting up close rounds in 4 and 5 by catching up on the striking and showing the superior wrestling and cardio.
Round 5 Gamrot seemed a bit fresher; landed a takedown, and some nice strikes but as the round wore on Gamrot started failing at takedowns but in the last seconds Gamrot hit another takedown probably securing the round with it and body control.
The decision came back 48-47 across the board for Gamrot who called out Justin Gaethje
